Business Analyst, Direct Marketing /Telemarketing Job Description What's this Role about?
The position is primarily responsible for the analysis of Accident & Health (A&H)’s key business metrics across DM business, including but not limited to direct marketing campaign performance and campaign list generation on internal and external (partner) data, tracking of campaign KPIs, Customer Segmentation, lapse monitoring and support implementation of analytical solution across DM business.
Job Responsibilities - End to end sales lead management for all OBTM, C2E and O2o campaigns including eDM, Whatsup and SMS.
- Ongoing and pro-active data optimization and daily TMR lead allocation for all OBTM, C2E and O2O campaigns.
