Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience

- Background in Business Analysis, Business Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field

-Experience working with entity‑driven data models (e.g., asset or component hierarchies) and navigating complex relational database structures to support requirements gathering and analysis.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in the aerospace industry

- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, or databases

- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Jira, Power BI, SQL)
