SCOPE OF WORK

Specifically, the business analyst will:

1. conduct requirements elicitation workshop and present findings to stakeholders.
2. define business processes in consultation with business users.
3. design and present potential solution to stakeholders.
4. develop necessary requirements document for the project.
5. develop prototype, as fit, based on agreed requirements.
6. prepare test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
7. coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
8. monitor and manage bug fixes / issues and their resolution.
9. engage with vendor(s) for requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance and issue resolution.
