Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for payment-related initiatives, including requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation support.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders, operations, compliance, and technology teams to understand complex payment processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of payment systems and transaction workflows, including areas such as payment processing, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling.
- Drive business requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs to ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
