The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications across spanning Finance (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain (SCM), with a primary focus on Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and contribute to the design and implementation of effective system solutions. The Business Analyst supports the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role also contributes to process standardisation, system adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
