Job Description
Responsibilities - Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Work independently with support from Product Managers.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Be expected to work remotely.
- Process Mapping: Document end‑to‑end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
- Solution Design & Validation: Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions; test and validate work to ensure end‑to‑end system integration.
