JOB PURPOSE

To elicit, analyze and interpret business requirements for solution development and serve as conduit between the business units, the digital team and software vendors/service providers, if any through which requirements flow.

• Elicits business requirements from all stakeholders in terms of business rules, process flows, corresponding inputs and outputs, performance matrices and control measures.
