Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Support regional business analysis and reporting activities across Southeast Asia operations, covering multiple countries and stations within the network.
- Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support management decision‑making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Python (where applicable for data analysis and automation).
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipment volume, revenue, costs, gross profit (GP), yield performance, and operational efficiency.
