Job Title: Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities - Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Create and maintain business process models (AS-IS and TO-BE)
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirements prioritization and scope management
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
