Job Summary:

The Business Analyst Specialist will support the delivery of the New gTLD Program by developing and optimizing processes and tools to manage the evaluation and processing of New gTLD applications. Additionally, the Business Analyst Specialist will serve as a support role to key subject matter experts and process owners in the delivery of the program. This role will be part of a larger team of who will serve in various roles in the program temporarily based upon resource gaps or needs as workload shifts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

●Support Program Leads and Subject Matter Experts in delivery of the New gTLD Program.

●Develop processes and detailed procedures to document , where current gaps in process documentation exist.
