Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies
- Gather and document detailed tax‑related business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with tax experts, financial teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate translation of tax requirements into technical solutions
- Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on implications for system requirements and processes
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of tax software solutions and process changes
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax‑related system functionalities
