This Business Analyst assignment is located in the Transmission Commercial System Production Support organization. This assignment supports all workgroups within Transmission Marketing and Sales (TS). This assignment administers, designs, develops, coordinates and tests functionality, data processes, and systems used in conducting transmission commercial business. Additionally, this assignment will support the transmission commercial business and customers by providing help desk support, training, managing user and system documentation as well as being a communication focal point for internal and external transmission customers. The assignment also assists with the implementation of policy changes and necessary steps to maintain ongoing compliance.
