Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the Digital Analytics team of a large Vancouver-based retail organization. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving analytics initiatives focused on Power BI, SQL, and emerging Agentic Analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed user stories, requirements, and Jira tickets.
- Support Power BI reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Identify and help resolve blockers impacting project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence.
