The Business Analyst supports field operations by maintaining existing reporting infrastructure and creating ad hoc analyses that drive data-informed decisions. This role serves as the primary reporting resource for field leadership, translating operational questions into actionable insights through timely, accurate deliverables.

Key job responsibilities
• Maintain and update recurring operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to field stakeholders
• Design and build ad hoc reports in response to field leadership requests, delivering insights within agreed timelines
