Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1 Coordinating with Technology partner, business and operations teams for gathering
requirements, Understand Requirement, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement
Sign-off
2 Track deliveries, plan for testing, test plan and case preparation, testing and Implementation
3 User training and providing inputs on queries raised
4 Manage the system functionality implementation end to end including the accounting part
5 Support the project manager for other enterprise level changes / enhancements on Retail
Asset CBS
6 Ensure quality testing and proper user training
7 Manage any critical issues that may come up
