Job Description
Functional Responsibilities - Lead the elicitation documentation and validation of business and technical requirements across multiple squads and workstreams
- Translate business needs into clear structured user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications ready for agile delivery
- Act as the bridge between business product and technology teams ensuring shared understanding and alignment on requirements and outcomes
- Own and maintain the requirements backlog ensuring prioritisation aligns with programme objectives and delivery milestones
- Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure requirements are well‑defined testable and deliverable within sprint cycles
- Facilitate workshops working sessions and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements and drive decision‑making
- Ensure end‑to‑end traceability from business requirements through to technical delivery and solution implementation
