**Overview**

As a **Steampunk** **Business Analyst/Scrum Master** , you will support Agile software delivery teams by facilitating Scrum practices, driving requirements analysis, and coordinating delivery activities to ensure successful outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of business analysis, Agile facilitation, and delivery coordination—helping teams translate mission needs into actionable work while maintaining alignment, momentum, and accountability.

You will partner closely with Product Owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well-defined, priorities are clear, and teams are positioned to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
