Executes sales strategy and activities to achieve target for GMBIS

• Executes business plan and strategies in order to achieve the assigned sales target for Group Multiple Benefits Insurance Scheme (GMBIS).
• Achieve sales targets through personal selling; company visitations and developing relationships with prospects.
• Actively involved in Business Presentation to potential clients and Corporate Clients to solicit for new business.
• Builds and maintains relationship with agent / broker / intermediary / business partner to solicit for business opportunities and productivity.
• Work closely with agency force to prioritize and maximize agency business growth
• Designs sales campaigns / challenges to optimize productivities.
