Overview
Hire Resolve’s client in the electrical engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Schemes Tendering and Business Development Engineer in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assembling complete technical and commercial tenders. Prepare tender documents including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation. Ensure tenders are processed and managed in a customer-focused manner to satisfy client needs. Attend tender briefings, customer site visits, and final tender submissions. Develop relationships with new and existing customers, consultants, and within customer organisations. Network with clients when required and take part in the development of business growth strategy.
