Job Description
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify approach and onboard new fleet clients corporate accounts insurance partners and walk-in customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and convert them into active customers.
- Schedule client meetings garage tours and service presentations.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation - Promote workshop services including mechanical repairs electrical repairs diagnostics AC servicing body shop works periodic maintenance and detailing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop proposals quotations and service packages tailored to client requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell workshop services.
3. Market Research & Strategy - Study the local automotive market to identify business opportunities.
