Business Development Executive – Dubai

Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding and is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai.

Mission

Bring new landlords and property owners on board as partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new landlord properties across Dubai.
• Pitch our full-service holiday home management model.
• Build pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Hit monthly acquisition targets for new units.
• Represent Elegant Escapes at property events and expos.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BDM sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes.
• Strong network of landlords, investors, or developers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus.
