Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in UAE FM companies)
• Strong UAE market knowledge in FM and Interior Fit-Out
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Generate fit-out revenue with understanding of MEP, HVAC, and Civil scopes
• Coordinate with operations teams across Emirates
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions
• Maintain sales pipeline using ERP and CRM systems
• Build relationships with consultants, developers, and facility owners
