Role Description
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our international team of talented individuals. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing IBs, nurturing long-term partnerships, and expanding the company’s reach within Malaysia and the broader Asian market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, recruit, and grow Introducing Brokers (IBs), with a strong focus on the Malaysian market.
- Build, expand, and manage your own IB network / book of business.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing IB partners.
- Promote Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity, and partnership benefits to potential IBs.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements tailored to IB needs and performance targets.
