The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, including task allocation, mentoring, leave management, and overall performance management, while ensuring the achievement of business targets and strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

• Management of sales and business development division, including assigning tasks/projects, leave approvals, mentoring, etc
