Overview

In this role you will build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate across teams to deliver new solutions. The Business Development Executive will be based in Manila and integrated into the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Acquisition team in Australia, focusing on companies with revenue up to $20M.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new customers through sales‑sourced leads and maximizing lead allocation
  • Timely and effective execution of all sales activities – leads, campaigns, and referrals
  • Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
  • Ensure quality and daily productivity targets are met
  • Research prospects before calling
  • Use online CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to source leads
  • Drive onboarding of new customers and initiate spend‑enablement activities
