We are recruiting three Insurance Business Development Executives (BDEs) to grow Marsh’s SME commercial segment in Witham, Egham, and Worcester. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work at least four days a week on the road or in the office.

What we will count on you to:

• New business generation: Proactively source, qualify, and convert direct client opportunities within the £5k–£20k premium band.
• Velocity & conversion: Drive fast sales cycle times through disciplined qualification, quoting, and follow‑up to improve conversion rates.
• Handover & early retention: Deliver a clear handover to servicing/account teams and support early retention activity during the first 12 months.
