Job Responsibilities - Generate Salesin the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
- Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification.
- Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
