About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Business Development Manager role focused on growing and strengthening our commercial broker network across Australia. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful relationships with brokers and aggregators, identifying opportunities, and bringing great deals to life.
At its core, this role is about connection, connecting brokers with the right solutions, collaborating with internal teams to deliver outcomes, and enhancing the BOQ Specialist and BOQ Finance brand in the market.
You’ll work closely with relationship managers, credit teams, and key stakeholders to structure and deliver commercial lending, asset finance, and blended residential deals, always with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer outcomes.
