Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3 to7 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO or outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
