  • Opening up new European markets Germany, France, Italy)

  • Finding, acquiring and contracting National Distributor (ND) partners

  • Conducting C-level (CEO, owner) negotiations

  • Building and long-term management of strategic partnerships

  • Managing hybrid sales processes (hardware + SaaS, recurring revenue model)

  • Identifying market opportunities and developing a business development strategy

  • Active participation in international exhibitions and business events

  • Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, management)
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of hunting sales experience, of which 5+ years in the Gate Automation, Perimeter Security or Access Control sector

  • Live network with European National Distributor decision-makers (owners, CEOs)

  • Confident Acting in C-Level Negotiation Situations
