Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop, execute, and evaluate sales strategies to drive market growth. Business Acquisition:
Proactively identify new sales leads, pitch solutions, and close deals with potential clients. Account Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the existing client base to ensure retention. Credit Control:
Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding or overdue payments. Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales activity reports and updates for management. Performance:
Meet and exceed assigned yearly sales targets.
Requirements: Education:
Background in Business Management, or GCE 'O'/'A' Levels (or equivalent practical experience). Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
