Overview
As BDM–Engineered Refurbishment, the person shall have responsibility for business development and sales turnover with defined set of projects under TM-Engineered Refurbishment and will support Regional / Zonal team to consolidate, develop & grow overall Refurbishment business in North. The person shall have responsibility to drive Structural Strengthening & Chemical Anchoring Business through Key Account Management and supporting design calculation for it.
He/she will be working closely with the Regional / Zonal Sales Managers to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals. This is a Key position in Sika’s Target Market matrix organization structure where he/she will be the driving force in implementation of strategy and key project initiatives and plans in terms of technical sales and specification.
