Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, providing personalized, and proactive ministration.
Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client and provider goals to improve satisfaction.
Provide training and walkthroughs to help clients fully utilize Bitzaro’s solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and cost improvement based on client and organizational needs and platform capabilities.Commercial Coordination
Contribute to internal and client-facing materials, such as presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
Ensure high-touch relationships with priority partners, maintaining accurate records of progress and actions.
