Manager, Business Development (Lifestyle Partnerships)
The role
You’ll own a lifestyle partnership pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, launching, and optimising deals that drive revenue and member activity. This is a hands‑on commercial role for someone early in their career who already operates with strong ownership, pace, and discipline.
You will report directly to the Head of Commercial, Lifestyle
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new lifestyle partners (retail, F&B, entertainment, services, e-commerce, etc.)
- Pitch partnership concepts confidently (value prop, commercial model, campaign mechanics) and iterate fast based on feedback
- Drive deals from first meeting to contract close, including commercials, terms, and internal approvals
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, legal, operations) to launch partner offers on time
