About the Role
Ventia is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our New Zealand team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone with a strong network and a passion for customer engagement and outcomes.
In this role, you will engage with clients to generate opportunities and lead bids typically valued at < $10M per annum or < $20M total. You’ll be responsible for driving opportunities end-to-end—building trust with customers, shaping solutions, and managing accounts with a focus on long-term value and retention.
Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong, credible relationships early, demonstrate genuine interest and commitment to customers, and consistently deliver structured, high-quality engagement that creates confidence and value.
