Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
- Manage and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, providing commercial and technical input throughout the bid process.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and solution offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
