Job Description

Mapal Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our GTM‐SALES team.
This role is a key position in the company's growth strategy. It is exclusively focused on outbound prospecting within a defined market and ICP, with the objective of creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team. The BDM is responsible for proactively generating pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision‐makers, and by running structured and personalized outbound campaigns.
You'll also be responsible for generating a consistent and predictable flow of qualified meetings through outbound activities by:
Precisely targeting the defined ICP.
Running high‐performing multichannel campaigns.
Actively contributing to the structuring and continuous improvement of the outbound strategy.
