Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts in the freight forwarding industry (Air, Ocean, and Land). Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Prepare quotations and negotiate rates.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Customer Service: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
