Job Responsibilities Sales & Market Development - Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share targets for saw chain and guide bars across Indonesia (70%) and the Philippines (30%)
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with APAC strategy
- Identify and develop growth opportunities in forestry, logging, plantation, arborist cutting applications
- Manage and develop appointed distributors & dealers, ensuring full alignment with Oregon Tool policies and objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, inventory levels, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, POS programs, and brand standards
- Support distributor sales teams through joint calls, training, product demonstrations, and field support
