- Identify and qualify private leads through outreach, referrals, and incoming inquiries
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and confirm constraints
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations aligned to project needs
- Maintain pipeline stages, activity logs, and next actions in the CRM
- Execute timely follow-ups to progress proposals and close opportunities
- Keep complete client records, including communications and supporting documents
- Track outcomes, client feedback, and reasons for won/lost opportunities
