The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed‑term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the business development team in agency recruitment, including lead generation initiatives, organizing open‑day events, and supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support.
• Support rookie agencies in their growth by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies, education, and growth tools available.
• Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding the variety and quality of content verticals.
