About the Client We’re helping a UK-based performance marketing consultancy find a Business Development Representative to help build a steady pipeline of qualified client opportunities.


This is a growth-focused role working directly with the founder, with strong earning potential through commissions for landed clients.


The Role This is a client-facing outbound sales role focused on identifying prospects, starting conversations, nurturing opportunities, and booking qualified meetings.


We’re looking for someone with exceptional spoken English , strong confidence on calls, and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with decision-makers.


This is not a script-reading role.


You’ll need to build rapport, ask good questions, handle objections, and manage follow-ups with ownership.
