Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to create sales‑ready opportunities by generating and nurturing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential new clients.
  • Build relationships with prospects via email and phone to generate meetings and build a pipeline.
  • Talk with prospects over the phone using a consultative approach about their business issues, and generate interest in learning more about Engagement Cloud.
  • Consistently and regularly use Salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity.
  • Follow established sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and Portuguese) with a preference for trilingual in Spanish.
