Job Description
- Oversee daily sales operations and monitor agency performance.
- Track sales, manpower, and provide regular performance updates/reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between agents and the company.
- Motivate and support agents to achieve sales targets.
- Advise agents on recruitment, training, marketing strategies, and agency activities.
- Gather market feedback and provide insights on customer/agent trends.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues when required.
