Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in costing and creating billing proposals.
• Supervise and mentor Business Development Officers / Sales Executives.
• Monitor team performance, pipeline, and lead generation activities.
• Provide coaching on sales strategies and client negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in business development within the manpower service provider industry.
• Proven track record of successful account acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
