Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships (PR & account nurturing)
- Lead business discussions, proposals, and strategic alignment with clients
- Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for media buying and creative teams
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Handle negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Support new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and pitching
- Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events
