ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset
- Process improvement and workflow optimization (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma knowledge is a plus)
- Project management and delivery excellence (planning, governance, milestones)
- Stakeholder management and influence across functions
- Data analysis and KPI development (ability to define success metrics)
- Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and scoping
- Change management and enabling adoption (communication planning, training)
