We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Business Engagement Manager to act as a trusted partner to one of our central functions (e.g., Ambient Contract Logistics, Chilled, Transport/Specialist, Central). This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape demand, influence priorities, and ensure technology initiatives deliver real business value.
You’ll own the end-to-end demand management lifecycle — from capturing and shaping ideas through to prioritisation, governance, and delivery readiness — ensuring alignment with both divisional goals and wider Group strategy.
