PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the administration for the Natural Resources business line on all HSE related areas, including legal compliance, client requirements and H&S Management system requirements is well instituted and maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generic Responsibilities

  • Form part of H&S projects, H&S campaigns, Top Page objectives, site TIER objectives etc. and ensure targets are met for all locations in Natural Resources. Assist with the implementation and roll-out of these projects.
  • Be able to log near-misses & incidents into Crystal as per SGS HSMS procedures.
  • Assist Business H&S Manager to monitor and keep track of site specific TIER KPI’s as well as Affiliate Top Page and provide monthly feedback.
  • Attend monthly meetings (Departmental & Business Line) and prepare monthly information as required by the Business H&S Manager.
