Job Responsibility

  • Manage the HR administrative tasks and provide coordination support.
  • Draft and post job listings on relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling via the company CRM
  • Manage onboarding documentation & onboarding of new hires
  • Periodically write blogrelated to HR topic
  • Handle customer enquiries and support related to bookings, including booking modification or cancellation requests
  • Engage smoothly with Softinn booking hotel merchants on booking modification, room price update, promotion, and allotment
  • Handle office admin tasks. Contribute to general department reporting and documentation
  • Handle office reception & communication with good andprofessional phone etiquette
  • Be the first contact in the office
